Rutstroemia alnobetulae or not.

I have found a Rutstroemia on abt. 2000 m on Alnus viridis with spores which match with R. alnobetulae, however I have no amyloid reaction on the paraphyses.
The spores are multiguttulate, slighly bended (not ellipsoid), multiguttulate. They have on both ends small drops. The Asci are IKI+ and the spores measure apprx. 22-23 x 5,5 ym. The paraphyses are in the upper part filled with bright-brownish oily content. 

Since the amyloid reaction is lacking i have some doubts.

Bonjour Thomas, 
Le support Alnus alnobetula fournit déjà une bonne indication. 
La réaction IKI + du canal apical des asques est conforme (très bonne photo) 
La taille et le contenu lipidique des spores sont conformes  celles de tes photos sont déjà à un stade de germianation. 
Le contenu des paraphyses avec vacuoles réfringentes homogènes également. Elles verdissent dans IKI en principe, mais aucune de tes photos ne semble en montrer dans ce réactif (ou alors la concentraton est vraiment trop faible ?) 

Je ne vois pas d'autre alternative que ta détermination.

Cher Michel, merci beaucoup! J'avais testé avec Melzer, Lugol et Baral sans aucun résultat.

it may be that MLZ would be negative while IKI was positive. I am not sure how constant this reaction is. Alternatively, the gelatinization of the ectal excipulum I only know from R. alnobetulae (and perhaps R. alni with very different spores).
