trouvé quelques minusucles cupules brunes hyalines de moins de 2mm poussant sur des pétioles de feuilles pourrissantes de feuillus sp (il y du charme, chêne, érable, noisetier en ce lieu)
les spores (rares éjectées) sont bigutulées d'en moyenne 11.7 x 4.6 microns
les asques n'ont pas de crosse basale, réagissant en pointe au melzer

your spores are smaller, but maybe not mature ("rares éjectées").

pour le support je pense qu'il s'agit d'acer platanoides vu l'aspect digité des reste de nervures partant du pétiole
Probablement spores immatures , la taille maxi est de 12,5
Hans j'ai toujours ce problème de "cellules vivantes" ? je ne comprends pas, les 2 dernières images sont dans l'eau... je n'ai pas d'autres images à proposer.. et le matériel très petit et fragile, de plus que 2 cupules n'est plus exploitable

I think the apos are quite mature. Surely it is difficult to cut such a gelatinous cup. But when you take from the hymenium with a needle and do not apply pressure on the cover slip, the asci and paraphyses should stay alive.

Turgor release (shrinkage) and plasma distortion are the result. For instance, Rutstroemia luteovirescens has very characteristic multiguttulate plasma contents in the paraphyses, unlike other Rutstroemias. It has also a more yellow colour but colour is more variable than those plasma contents.
Asci shrink to 50% or more of their volume when killed, therefore ascus measurements are useless if their state is not indicated.

ok comme cela c'est très clair..
par contre si on prélève et que l'on met cela dans un peu de KOH pour aider à la séparation des éléments.. est ce que cela tue aussi..
faut il donc faire que dans l'eau.. ce qui ne rend pas toujours très facile la visualisation

This depends. Therefore I prefer sections in which you can very well see the croziers and all the texture, and very clear in water, but only when the cells are alive. If you have a squash mount I agree it is often best for croziers to apply KOH and Congo and to squeeze.....
