Rutstroemia bolaris in B&K
Carbone Matteo, 02-10-2019 13:38
Dear all,
sorry to bother you. Maybe Zotto can help me but I prefer to put this question here! :D

I don't remember if Hymenoscyphus aff. epiphyllus growing on Alnus alnobetula sensu Baral (= R. bolaris in Breitenbach & Kraenzlin) has a good (maybe new) name today!

I remember to have read something on this subject, but I'm not sure! :(

All the best

Matte

Hi Matteo

you can see my comments on H. aff. epiphyllus B&K in my Phaeohelotium epiphyllum folder in Helotiaceae (filename hymenoscyphus_cf_epiphyllus B&K 149.jpg).

Now I am actually not even certain whether this is merely normal P. epiphyllum or, as I wrote, a close but different species.
