Maximum 14mm across. Ascii tips blued by Lugol, spores 20um 3/5 septate some in the hairs on the stem with small bubbles at one or both ends.

Yes, this can hardly be anything else than Rutstroemia firma I suppose you found it now, not in spring. The ectal excipulum could be tested whether it is prismatic or globular, and gelified or not.
