Gernot FriebesHi,can this be Psilachnum lateritioalbum on Phragm
Dear friends.
I found him a few days ago in a pile of brush, covered with dropped leaves. I suspect that he grew on the dead shoots of Parthenocissus. Ascomata up to 3 mm in diameter.
Q = (2.4) 2.6 - 3.2 (3.4) ; N = 11
Me = 10.7 × 3.7 µm ; Qe = 2.9
Now I am at work and I do not have access to some of my data. I have reviewed Velenowski monograph 1934 but the description is very general. Is there any more contemporary and detailed description of this species?
Do you have it on your disk? I can not check, I do not have a password for Google at work.
I suspected Parthenocissus but this also could be a thin twig Fraxinus. Brushwood was under Fraxinus who was overgrown by parthenocissus.
regards
Mirek
I still have live Ascomata, I will try to explore more specifically. Interesting and actually a rare species.
I greet and thank you again.
Mirek
