Hi,this fungus was found in the Giant Mountains (Czech republic), 6.6.2014, on deer dung.
Apothecia up to 1,5 mm, sessile, whitish with brown margin.
Spores ellipsoid, smooth, hyaline, without guttules, 9-10 x 4,5-5 micrometers.
Asci 95-125 x 7-12,5 micrometers.
Paraphyses hyaline, septate, broad 2 micrometers.
Could it be something another than Pseudombrophila virginea?

Hi Zuzana,
In my opinion is this Pseudombrophila equina. Ps. virginea has greater spores and longer asci. Unfortunately I have not microscopical fotos to show. The following fotos are Ps. equina.

OK pour Pseudombrophila equina (Gradon) Brumm. L'espèce possède les ascospores les plus courtes du genre. Contrairement à ce qu'indique Brumm. dans sa clé, les asques dépassent les 100 µm de long. Le substart est également typique de l'espèce, cela contrairement de ce qu'indique son nom.
J'ai décrit cette espèce dans Fungi non delineati pars XVIII: 43, 2002
