Calycina E. camaldulensis
Javier Ormad, 13-12-2012 18:15
Saludos cordiales

Hi all:
I present a copy i guess in Calycina, Calycellina and framing just not even knowing their common substrate.
Apothecia in nuts and twigs of union among them, some splashed on leaves of Eucalyptus camaldulensis, up to 1 mm in diameter, with small foot.
Asci hemiamiloides (rb), 8 spores, biseriate with croziers of 46-72 x 4-6 microns. Ascospores elliptical, smooth, hyaline, uninucleate, with gelatinous sheath, with several areas oleic gútulas polar, 6-8.5 x 1.8-2.5 microns. Paraphyses with little refractile VBs. Ectal excípulum based gelled with texture angularis and globose and subglobose cells. Hifoides hair, straight, uniform, some in the form of T.
Thanks for the replies.
Best Regards

Re : Calycina E. camaldulensis
The lack of disticnt VBs and the smalle spores, together with hair shape let me think more to a Cistella. Could it be that the hairs are a little rough? Or is this deceptive?

Re : Calycina E. camaldulensis
I have not seen rough hairs. No progress with genre Cistella.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
