unfortunatuly I don't have this. But our forum software cannot display special characters. That's why the a-breve is missing in Savulescu (replaced by a simple a). No Romanian friends among us? ;-)

Thank you very much for your kind offer to copy this article for me. I have requested a copy through my university library. This will be slow, and if it is unsuccessful I will accept your offer. Martin told me it is in the NRC library in Ottawa, Canada, so my library may be able to obtain it without difficulty.
