maybe, I am not sure, first it reminds me on Didymella sp., which also occurs on dead Urtica stems. I have a quite similar collection on Galium aparine which I had identified as D. exigua.
I guess M. superflua has smaller spores, like they are shown on Enrique's photos.

For now, I do not see clear about the differences between the two species. I will check the size of the spores again.
For you, what would be the single most useful to separate the two species?
