Hello, can anyone identify this hairy fungus growing seemingly from the ground on pieces of deciduous wood chips on damp soil? The spores are about 40-50 µm long. The "hairs" are slightly longer, around 60 µm.

I believe I have already previously identified this collection as Eosphaeria uliginosa.
