Were the ejected spores straight or widely curved? Did they fragmentate?
Helpful is to look exactly at the living spores and count the septa.
Amyloidity of the ascus apex and lateral medulla are some further features to test.

Thank you so much for your message. I'm not a very experienced. I can't see fragmented spores. They are not straight. Difficult to count de the septas, but for some of the spores I counted 8-10 septas. ascus apex and lateral medulla are amyloid (blue in Lugol).

Good section! The amyloidity of the perihymenial layer can hardly be seen, but I believe you saw it.
Vibrissea spores of that length habe either 16 septa or an uneven number of around 20-22 septa. This would b important, I know it is diffivult and best seen in living, freshly ejected spores.

Here is a slightly crushed cut in Lugol and we can observe the blue area.
I tried to observe many spores. I think I saw fragments but not many. It is very difficult to count the septa, beaucause I cant see the whole spore. I was able to count up to 14. The spores are narrowed at the septa.

Yes, this constriction is the point of the septum. Stange is the bluing of the subhymenium. I know the bluing on the sides of the hymenium at the margin.
