Lophiostoma sps? blueing of substrate with lined spores, but not L. viridarium.
Hardware Tony, 24-03-2024 12:39
Hardware TonyMinute cluster of very small 0.1mm ascomata on Urtica dioica (Nettle) shows isolated staining of stem blue and has longitudinal 3-4 grooved/4-guttulate ascospores as found in L. viridarium, except has vastly smaller spores and structure. Attach details and micros. Appreciate any proposals.
With thanks

Many thanks Alain,
Phomatospora berkeleyi fits well, not all authors suggest striated spores but those with live spores seem to think they do have this feature.
