Dear Joseba,
I have no idea what these yellow structures are, but I can definitely rule out a Melampsora species. Uredia of melampsora are usually found on living leaves, not on necrotic ones and they are also flatter and rather on the leaf surface, barely at edges like in your case. Finally, uredospores of Melampsora also look different with a spiny surface.
