Danny Newman
Hello AscoFrance,

I have recently photographed, collected, scoped, and am awaiting sequencing results from the following observations:

https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?d1=2025-06-01&d2=2025-06-16&order_by=observed_on&user_id=kallampero&verifiable=any

It is highly impractical, verging on impossible, for me to shrink my images down to the sizes required by AscoFrance's servers.  I'm hoping that, instead, one or more of you can examine the various observations at that link (there are 19, some already tentatively identified to sp.), and comment here with your suggested identifications, or requests for me to record additional/missing features.

I have cross-posted these on the Ascomycetes of the World Facebook Group as well, where I have received a couple helpful comments from Bjorn Wergen, the group's administrator and one of its most prolific posters, and Fenner Morse Martin, but most remain unidentified even to family.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

-Danny

Hi Danny

these are good docus inded, but too many species to go deeper. I looked at many of them but could not give a name to any. But the brforelast one has a Helicogonium parasite: All inamyloid asci belong to a Helicogonium.

When sequences become available we will see if anything gets clearer.
