Bonjour à tous (je suis nouveau sur le forum),
Une récolte sur sol calcaire en Normandie,
trés petit, l'algue ne semble pas associé à l'algue,
ascome autour de 0,1mm,
spores d'environs 18-20x5µm,
pas de réaction à Melzer,
espèce algicole?

à mon avis il s'agit d'un champignon lichénisé (lichen) dont la structure reproductrice est un périthèce. La photo de la spore est trop éloignée et on ne sait pas si elle possède des septa ou non.

Hard to say from these pictures, but it might be a lichen - Verrucaria bryoctona, which is not Verrucaria s.str. But more characters do not fit based on your notes. the size of perithecia - 0.1 mm - too small. It should also have a bit wider spores correctly, and well developed thallus (better visible when the specimen is dried). the shape of spores is OK +- spindle-shaped. You may also check for gelatinose caps at spore apices, best visible by staining with Congo-red. Zdenek

I agree that this is a lichen, but it is not Verrucaria bryoctona, which has a more yellowish, sorediate thallus.
