Tomaz VuckoHello!

I found this Cistella on old stem of Impatiens glandulifera and I wonder how would you detemine it (spores look similar to C.reynoutriae on ASCO-SONNEBERG page). First two images of spores are from spore print and the third one is from apothecia mount, just for comparison.

Ascospore dimensions from spore print:
(9.8) 11.8-14.1 (15.4) × (2.2) 2.3 - 2.8 (3.1)?m
Q= (4.1) 4.4-5.8 (6.5); N = 61
Qe = 13 × 2.6 µm; Qe = 5.1

Asci measurements are very roughly:
(46.7) 47.8 - 58.3 (62.5) × (5.6) 6.3 - 7.2 (7.6) µm
Q = (7.2) 7.6 - 8.5 (8.8) ; N = 7
Me = 53 × 6.6 µm ; Qe = 8

27.3.2025, Ižakovci, Slovenia.

Best regards!

Re : Cistella
This is Cistella aconiti, at least s. auct. The spores are multiguttulate, getting biguttulate when dead or shortly before.
