Lophiostoma nuculoides?

Hello!

Another species found in the same place as cf. L. massarioides in swampy area of a floodplain forest on an unidentified piece of bark, under trees of Salix, Ulmus, Populus x can.. Mature spores don't seem to have a gealtinous sheat. Could it be Lophiostoma nuculoides?
Location is Slovenia, Jan 2025.
