Found in Sweden.
Ascomata with haris, septate, with content.
Asci with 8 spores, 34-44 x 4.5-5um, lugols + red top.
Spores 6-8 x 1.5-2um
Anyone knows it?

This appears to lack croziers.
My guess is a Psilachnum, such as P. miniatum. The last photo is a paraphysis or a hair?

o.k., now as you say it is a hair I would make a bet that this is a Psilachnum, and maybe P miniatum. I assume there is no official sequences.
