Septoria-like on Scilla

Dear Forum,
On the leafs of Scilla bifolia, a rare plant in Belgium, I found some small brown spots with anamorphs.Conidia were hyaline, 3-septate and measured 52x2-2.5µ.
Septoria scillae has the same dimensions but should be 5-6 septate.
Any help would be appreciated
