Found on small twigs in a damp gully in eucalyptus woodland, SE Victoria, Australia; this would be the first recording of it in this country.
Spores are fusoid with small guttules 15.9-17.2 x 5-6.4um in water and up to 19.2 x 6.1um in KOH
Asci are 137-149 x 10um in water, very faint IKI+ve for the pore and -ve for crosier.
Thorns are comprised of thin hyphae.
Many thanks
Peter

                Re : Cyathicula coronata??
Yes, this is something else. Spore l:w ratio, contents, and absence of croziers are sufficiently different, also disc colour.
I cannot find a match in Carpenter, all species with teeth are long-spored, and C. espeletarum has much smaller spores.
