Hi.
Need help to ID this very tiny white helotial.
Diameter less than 0.5mm, excipulum covered with very small hairs (made by cylindrical cells, sometimes widened at the top, with last cell finely warty).
Asques IKI- without croziers, 18-27x3-4,5 µm.
Spores rounded 2,2-2,5x 2-2,4 µm, hyalins.
Very difficult for me to take good pictures.
May be these will be sufficient for an ID ?
I sequenced it, but it blasts with Peniophora lycii... Bad luck.

Merci, c'est une bonne idée, mais les rares iconographies examinées ne montrent pas des ascos blancs comme ici.
Mais on est dans le genre en tout cas !

Remarque, de tout jeunes ascomes peuvent être blanchâtres ...
De toute façon je ne vois pas autre chose.

H. theideus has hemiamyloid asci, so when you really used IKI it must be very diluted.
The species likes to grow on Peniophora, so you have well identified the host.
