Marek CapounHello everybody, I need help with the determination of this Peziza s. l. (Hansenopezia?).
I could not find fully mature spores, the immature ones are pluriguttulate.
Collected at the half of June, on a massive, rotting, mossy willow trunk (both on the bark and on the cutting surface) on the overshadowed place by the road, altitude cca 850 m.
Apothecia solitaire, the largest one up to 80 mm on average (it wasn't mature anyway, no sporeprint), mostly undulate. Hymenium deep yellow and outside pinkish (colours similar to e.g. Paragalactinia micheli but inverted), fine pustulate. No milk after damage, but yellow pigments clearly present.
Asci with croziers, amyloid reaction WT type.
Paraphyses sometimes branched.
Ascospores (16.6) 17–19.2 (20) × (7.9) 8.4–9.9 (10.6) µm, Qe = 2.0; pluriguttulate; verrucose to pseudoapiculate, warts punctate, irregular, isolated.
Medullary excipulum with text. globulosa, text. inflata, ectal excipulum text. globulosa with some pyriform cells or inflated hyphae.
Thanks for your help.
Marek

Re : Peziza s. l.
Oh thank you.
I was confused by the guttules, I thought there were only BSG in the genus Phylloscypha.
I am not sure if this species has already been collected in our country. Viktorie will know...

Re : edit: Phylloscypha badioides
As you can see on micropics showing ascospores in water, the granules are more dense at the poles.
