Index to Höhnel's works?

Hello, is there any index to Höhnel's works (both Fragmente and individual short papers) beyond his own? Something like what Samuels did for Petrak. I've seen the Verzeichnis der von mir gemachten Angaben zur Systematik und Synonymie der Pilze (1913) and General Index zu den Fragmenten zur Mykologie I-XVIII. Mitt. 1-1000 (1916) but nothing on the later works. TL2 doesn't know any, but perhaps later someone compiled it?

After all, there are indexes by J.K.Weese to complete Höhnel's writings, only I can't access them on HathiTrust library. Anyone else could? They are in vols. 9–11.

I didn't find online Höhnel's own index to Fragmente zur Mykologie Nr. 1-1000 at all. It was also included in the 1967 reprint of Fragmente (by Cramer). Would anyone by a chance have it digitised? This reprint I can eventually request from another library, but the previous journal with Weese's indexes is not in our country.
