Bonjour, je serais heureux de recueillir votre avi
On the leaf of Adonis vernalis (Serbia).
Macroscopically, it looks like Ophioceras leptosporum, but I didn't find any spores, only these conidias (?).
Thanks

Probably S. caulincola
A key to Scopinella species:
1. Asci 2-4 spored (fungicolous) ............................................. 2
1a. Asci 8-spored (saprotrophics on other substrata) ......................... 5
2. On Endocronartium harknessii on Pinus contorta, asci 2-4-spored,
sp. 3,5-8,0 x 2,9-6,5 um .................................................. S. gallicola
2a. Asci const. 2-spored ..................................................... 3
3. Neck tip glabrous (no neck setae) ..................................... 4
3a. Neck with setae, on Sporocadus lichenicola on bark of Vitis vinifera s.l.,
sp. *(7,7-)8,0–9,6(-13,8) x (8,1-)8,5–9,8(-13,2) um ...................... S. 'viniferae'
4. On Apiosporina morbosa on Prunus spp., sp. 7,9-9,1 x 5-6,5 um ............ S. sphaerophila
4a. On sromata of ???????? on Nothofagus pumilio, sp. +/- globose, 8-9 um,
not yet published, found in Chile...................... S. 'nothofagi'
5. Neck with large basket-like structure ..................................... 6
5a. Not with above character ................................................. 7
6. Neck 1800–2500 um long ................................................... S. musciformis
6a. Neck < 1000 um long ...................................................... S. barbata
7. On Cortaderia selloana (Poaceae), Argentina, neck 206–313 um long,
sp. pyramidal, verruculose under SEM, 7.5–9.5 × 5.5–8.5 um
(species very similar to S. caulincola) ................................... S. pyramidospora
7a. Neck mostly > 300 um long ............................................... 8
8. Sp. 7-11 x 5-8 x 4-7,5 (-8) um, neck tip shortly fimbrate ................. S. caulincola
8a. Sp. (4,5)-5-6(-8) x 3,8-5,8 um, neck tip glabrous,
sp. collapsing at the ends when dried .................................... S. solani (*)
(*) Note similar Scopinella 'brasiliana'. mentioned by Santos (2011) with smaller
ascocarps (60-130 um) and sp. 3-6 × 3-5 um from Salacia crassifolia
leaves found in Brasil, but probably it is NOT a new species.
An interesting species in any case, especially since the substrate is Adonis, on which a very small number of fungi species have been found so far.
