Merci d'avance
Andgelo

Re : Wuestneia xanthostroma
Dear Andgelo,
in my experience W. xanthostroma can be somewhat frequently collected on Carpinus branches if one is aware of this species and knows where to look for it. For example the records in the Austrian mycological database (https://pilzdaten-austria.eu/#tax/366678) also show that specialists often come across this species repeatedly.
Best wishes,
Gernot
