Bonjour,
J'ai récolté ce pyrénomycète sur vieux Nemania. Taille des périthèces : environ 0,2 x 0,1-0,15 mm, KOH et acide lactique sans effet.
Paroi en textura angularis, cellules de 5-8 µm de diamètre.
Poils 45-100 x 5-7 µm, hyalins ou très légèrement teintés, non septés, paroi épaisse, fascitulés au sommet des périthèces.
Paraphyses filiformes, hyalines.
Asques 120-150 x 15-17 µm, clavés, certainement 8-sporés.
Spores filiformes, 2,5-3,5 µm de diamètre pour au moins 50 µm de longueur, mais probablement beaucoup plus... Impossible de bien mesurer car elles sont emmêlées entre elles dans les asques et elles en sortent difficilement (maturité insuffisante ?).
Je m'orienterais vers les Tubeufiaceae, mais au-delà ?
Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Sorry, I have no name for your collection but I regularly see this species associated with carbonaceous perithecia of various ascomycetes (Echinosphaeria, Hypoxylon, etc). My observations were always from Fraxinus wood....

"Tricky Tubeufiaceae" en effet. Je suis content de voir à quoi ressemblent les spores, tu les as parfaitement illustrées !
De mon côté je n'ai pas pu déterminer le feuillu sur lequel pousse le Nemania.
Un de plus à mettre de côté...
