Literature request - Sporormiella hexamera

I've recently found a six-celled Sporormiella that might fit the profile of Sporormiella hexamera, which was originally described by S.I. Ahmed, Ahmedunn. & Anwar in New species from Turkham, Pakistan, in the Pakistan Journal of Scientific & Industrial Research 28(4): 254-256, 1985.
This is probably a long shot but does any have/have access to this paper? I would be extremely grateful.
