Bonjour a tous,Trouvé sur bouse de vache, apothécie rouge/orangée, charnue, sessile 400µ, poils marginaux.
Asques unisériés, octosporés 207-214x12-14µ. J-. Poils marginaux septa 400-600x20-28µ + vacuoles.Ascospores hyalines à légèrement ponctuées, ellipsoidales 16.6x8.8µ Qe=1.9.
Paraphyses septa 5µ, dépassant les asques sur 10µ environ Lobées a l'apex 10µ, pigmentées orangé/rouge. Excipulum ectal globulosa cellulles 80µ. Excipulum médulaire intricata ?.
Je n'ai pas retenu stercorea car pas de poils étoilés. Je pense a C. crucipila ?

As far as i know C crucipila is a soil inhabitant. I think this is C fimicola.

Hi all,
I agree with Malcolm, but the name is Cheilymenia coprinaria (Cooke) Boud., Ch. fimicola is a nomen dubium. Ch. crucipila is now a Scutellinia, Moravec 1984, but in N. v. Vooren 2014 Cheilymenia ?

C. crucipila is a hot potato, being thrown there and back again between the two genera. The current placement in Cheilymenia is based on DNA: Perry et al. (2007): A phylogenetic overview of the family Pyronemataceae (Ascomycota, Pezizales). On the other hand, Byssonectria terrestris is quite far from Kotlabaea deformis in their phylotree, although the latter is now Byssonectria as well, based on DNA (Lindemann, Revision of Kotlabaea). I don't understand phylogeny good enough to draw any conclusions from that. And Aleuria bicucullata in Perry et al. is actually Aleuria congrex (old misidentification based on Moravec's 1972 paper).

Je suis allé consulter C.fimicola, Dovéri page 364, mais les dimensions sporales ne correspondent pas exactement à mon taxon.
Par contre celles mentionnées dans la fiche de Mycocharentes pour C.coprinaria sont dans la fourchette de ce que j'ai relevé.
Est-ce que je peux sans risque appeler mon champignon Cheilyménia coprinaria ?

J'ai retrouvé MORAVEC dans les documents que tu m'as envoyé. A 80 ans passés je ne dois plus avoir toute ma tète. Grace à toi je me passionne pour les ascomycètes coprophiles. Je les cultive dans des boites de Pétri et j'y passe toutes mes soirées. c'est un monde que j'ignorais et que j'ai connu grace a toi et je t'en remercie grandement ainsi que Peter et tous ceux qui me viennent en aide.
