Has anyone some advice on this? the ascospores become 3-septate and are hyaline and about 22 x 4 mym, with an enlarded cell in the middle. No spore sheath observed. The ascomata appeared under the epidermis on a 2 cm thick Tilia branch, with small inconspicuous ostioles penetrating the epidermis.
