Host index to Velenovsky's discomycetes?

Hello forum,is there any index of host plants for discomycetes described by Velenovsky (or by any other older author)? So far I can only use Ellis et Ellis when searching for discomycetes on a specific wood / plant and many times that's not enough.

I also miss an index to Velenovsky. What I actually have is an index to the substrates of Orbiliaceae and Helotiales in different files, both are on the DVD 2005. The Orbiliaceae file includes also Velenovsky's works.
The two files are attached here. For an update (it was'nt much literature that I included since then) I would need to generate these files anew.

Some years ago there was on the Internet also a host index of type specimens compiled by Ove Eriksson. Recently I could not find that site anymore, but I have made a PDF which I can send. Often very helpful (esp. for its many references) is also the Swedish ascomycete checklist of the same author which used to be available on Internet too (PDF available).
Very much of help was also the British Fungal Database but in the new format the searching facilities appear to be less extensive.
