I would suggest to search in the direction of Lachnum pygmaeum. The sbstrate looks gramineous. Please have a look at the margin and exterior of the disc for about 30-40 x 3-4 µm large, straight warted hairs. Lachnum pygmaeum was often thought to be a Hymenoscyphus (or Helotium) because of its large size and comparatively short hairs.
