Micropeziza? on Lycopodiella inundatum, Denmark May 2019
Thomas Læssøe, 14-05-2019 14:53
tiny greyish apothecia, superficial with dark base of rounded cells, slightly elongated towards the martin., Spores ellipsoid to clavate, hyaline, 1-celled, ca 18 x 6,8 µm. Asci clavate, no apical structure in water, 95 x 15,6 µm. Paraphyses straight, lengt of asci, slightly widened apically and there mini-guttulate/refractive. Apparently hemiamyloid.

Micropeziza is possible, I feel that the paraphyses contain a VB in the apex, but a good photo of this is missing. Yes, the apical ring is hemiamyloid.

The only on Lycopodium with such a spore size in my database is Allophylaria ogrensis, but that is a stalked fungus, perhaps a Sclerotiniaceae.
