Bonsoir,
Sur bois mort de feuillus.
Apothécies jusqu'à 1,5 mm de diamètre, cupuliformes puis planes. Hyménium brun-gris olivâtre. Marge et surface externe couvertes de poils courts donnant un aspect poudré blanchâtre.
Ascospores : 4,5-6 x 2,5-3 µm, elliptiques-fusoïdes, hyalines, avec deux petites guttules, lisses.
Asques : 35-45 x 5-6 µm, cylindriques, à sommet amyloïde, inoperculés, avec crochet, contenant huit spores unisériées ou bisériées.
Paraphyses : cylindriques, grêles, non renflées au sommet, dressées, hyalines.
Poils : 30-45 x 4,5-7 µm, flexueux, septés, granuleux, brun-jaune.

surely a Hyphodiscus and I think H. hemiamyloideus.
Maybe the iodine reaction would turn dirty red with higher IKI concentration.
I see yellow lumps of exudate among the hairs which are typical of several Hyphodiscus spp.
Did you look for the wood anatomy? But the species is polyphagous on angiosperm wood.

Je confirme que mon lugol à faiblit car j'ai une récolte de Mollisia elegantior qui réagit en bleu.
Donc si je prétraite avec KOH, la réaction sera toujours positive ?
Pour le bois, je pense qu'il s'agit de Carpinus ou de Fagus, mais je ne l'ai plus sous la main.

After KOH hemiamyloidity is lost, you get only blue.
