Lichenicolous on Ochrolechia microstictoides - Denmark, dune-plantation

Do any of you wizzards know what this could be? Unfortunately no spores/conidia present but only these rather spectacular strucutures. See: https://svampe.databasen.org/observations/10009843

cheers

Spores would be nice... Possibly a Sphinctrina, there are a couple of species that parasitize Pertusaria species. Have a look in the Nordic Lichen Flora vol. 1.

Best wishes

will do - I destroyed half the material hunting for spores :-(

Hi Thomas,

I agree with Paul. 6 species occur on Pertusaria (3 are in the ascofrance database).

Please, try to collect it later, in order to look at ascospores.

Not impossible that it is an ined. species.
