Trouvé sur bois mort et décortiqué de feuillus, apothécies 0.15-0.30mm de diamètre, sessile, hyménium gris, surface externe couvert de poils, asques 55-60x7-8µm, IKI-, octosporés, spores lisses, hyalines, 5-6.5x2.8-3.2µm, paraphyses filiformes.
