Sur bois d'Acer j'ai trouvé une petite discomycète (diametre ca 0,3 mm), sessile, couleur blanc-grisatre, avec des poils marginaux courts (foto 1 et 5).
Spores (foto 2) 9-10,5 x 3-4 micron.
Asci (foto 3,4, 6) 50-60 x 6-7 micron, sans crochet, avec anneau bleu dans IKI.
J'arrive à Calycina languida mais je n'en suis pas sur.
Quelle est votre opinion?

You don't have the fungus fresh? Living paraphyses would shed light on it. C. languida is not really sessile. It could be a Hyaloscypha without hairs (former Parorbiliopsis).

Ich habe noch frisches Material im Kühlschrank.
Wenn ich die Parafysen im Wasser beobachte, was soll ich dann sehen?
Oder soll ich sie in einem anderen Medium beobachten?

Genau, unbedingt in purem Leitungswasser, aber ohne stark zu quetschen. Calycina enthält ziemlich auffällige lichtbrechende, stark verlängerte Vakuolen, ähnlich wie Mollisia, die fast die ganze Zelle ausfüllen. Hyaloscypha hat das nie.

Ich habe noch ein Preparat gemacht, aber keine lichtbrechende Vakuolen in den Parafysen gefunden. Auch habe ich noch Haaren gefunden, die nach oben schmaller waren. In Kombination mit dem Ascusgipfel, die IKI+ war, wäre es möglich, dass es sich hier um Hyaloscypha albohyalina var. spiralis handelt.
Ich habe diese Idee bekommen nach Lesen vom unterstehendem Discussion auf Ascofrance.

Ja doch, das scheint mir alles ganz plausibel!
