This tiny, rather "rough" erumpent asco was found

this looks like an apotheciuam is it? Any paraphyses? Ascus apex looks strongly conical and thin-walled. Is your Melzer Lugol?
How look the cells of the excipulum?
Zotto
Si que he usado Melzer
Joseba

Hi Joseba,
... if you ask me I would imagine you showed us a mixture.
The roundish lenses could be the sporocarps of a myxomycete, for instance something like Didymium difforme, and the round, dark spores could well be from a myxomycete. The asci and the cellular structures then would not belong to the same organism.
.. ???
Best regards from Lothar
