No, the oil content is much too low. But you should look if the spores are septate already inside the living asci. That would be a rarity, only very few lignicolous (unnamed) species have it.

Yes, dead spores in dead asci. This is the problem. You need living asci, because in dead asci spores may even germinate, so you cannot say whether the species shot septate spores.

Ayer hice una nueva prueba y esta mañana otra y me parece que todas las ascas que veo estan muertas, habra que esperar a recoger nueva muestra y que me llegue viva
