Pongo unas fotos de un asco de color amarillento que hemos encontrado hoy sobre un tallo de una herbácea sin identificar.
Miden unas 500 micras de diámetro y tienen un pequeño estípite.
Esporas alantoides, de 20-25 x 6-7,5 micras, con ¿3 septos? cuando maduras.
Ascas hemiamiloides, pleurorrincas.
Paráfisis engrosadas y dobladas en el ápice, con contenido inerno de color amarillento claro.
¿Pueden ayudarme?

great, this is clearly Allophylaria subliciformis (= sublicoides). Large, finally 3-septate spores are typical for this species.
This is the type species of the genus, and since this os not often collected, I would like to take the chance to start the first attempt to sequence this species. Actually we have so far not a single species with DNA data in this genus., which is quite annoying.
So if you are willing, please send a portion to Guy Marson. Another possibility would be Pablo, considering the restrictive new collection rules...

Mando nuevas fotos con esporas obtenidas mediante esporada libre, donde se aprecian bien los 1,2 y 3 septos.
Medidas esporales: 21,2-27,2 x 6,5-7,7 micras.
Zotto, ¿Qué quiere decir "considering the restrictive new collection rules..."? Puedo enviar material a Pablo y a Guy, como usted quiera, tengo muestra suficiente.
