Eupropolella???

I found following species in the garden on old leaves of Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia'.

At first sight I thought it could be Eupropolella brittanica but there are some problems:

1. I couldn't find any ascospores

2. apothecia are not amphigenous

3. the oildroplets in paraphyses are bright yellow

Is this species known to anyone?

Re : Eupropolella???
Bonsoir William
looking at those coloured paraphysis contents would lead me to suspect you have immature Trochila laurocerasi there . . . .
best wishes
Chris

Re : Eupropolella???
Yes Chris, Eupropolella doesn't have these yellow VBs in the paraphyses.

Re : Eupropolella???

Thx for your suggestion, Chris.

I have also thought of it but because of the fact that the apothecia were not opening by teeth, I doubt.

I shall follow this species futher up.

Kindly regards,

William
