The first 6 tables show surely one species with 2
Could this be M. cinerea?
The material for the microscopic pictures was not entirely fresh (I forgot it in the fridge for two weeks :-)). So the size of the spores could be affected.

well possible, but please check wether the reaction of the paraphyses content on KOH is negative or yellow.
