Some of you when downloading files from the mailbox are faced with difficulties. Probably it is happen because of Cyrillic fonts in my computer. I can not put the file on the English-speaking servers.
So I loaded it on 2 sharing services available. Russian works quickly, but the link is active only 12 hours. Bulgarian is slow, but the link is kept longer. I hope this time the problems with the download does not arise.

Ok,but it is a Djvu file... i prefer PDF.
Zuzana I think you use Explorer 9... You just have to wait the end of the download, the file is 214 Mb, it may took a lot of time...!
