this aquatic species i found in summer in Czech Republik (Riesengebirge) , it grow on a old stick of Salix spec.
The onliest info that I have is the spore size. 23,2-25 x 5-6µ
Have anyone an idea ?

based on the limited information you provide it is a bit of a riddle.
Ascomata seem superficial on your photo, is it the case?
Is the wood stained yellow beneath the ascomata?
What do pseudoparaphyses look like (diameter, septa, branching)?
