Orbilia
Joaquin Martin, 10-01-2016 12:36
Hello
Orbilia found on Peniophora quercina very old, in forest of Quercus ilex maritime.
Asci 35-40 x 3-4 with eight spores, I think in O.coccinella group.
What do you think?
Thanks, Best regards.

Re : Orbilia
Hi Joaquin,

probably Orbilia eucalypti or related. Better wait to know what Zotto says.

Best wishes,

Luis.

Re : Orbilia
Thanks! With such a colour it could be that you found it on a fallen branch? usually O. eucalypti grows on attached branches and has then often an orange colour.
