A Portland, OR friend sent me photos of this unusual cup taken in the fall in his garden under his tomato plants. Unfortunately there is no microscopy so even figuring out the genus is a real challenge. Is anyone familiar with a fungus like this unusual cup? It appears to be growing on a subiculum?
