Definitely, this was the day of "thumbnails". There were two fungi (at least) parazitizing the old leaves of an Eucalyptus. One of them has very small roundish back apothecia while the other, also blackish, has irregular form. The former seemed like Arthonia (though non lichenized), but after microscopy I think that probably is closer to Arthopyrenia. Here are some of its features:
- Asci of aproximate dimensions of 30-38 x 9-13 µm;
- Spores of aproximate dimensions of 9-11.5 x 2.2-2.7 µm.
The other fungus has dark-brown roundish ascopores of dimensions: 15-16 x 12.7-14.5 µm.
Do you have any hint about any of them?
Thanks in advance,
zaca

Hi Zaca,
if you want, you can send me this collection. I guess there is something like Morenoina or Asterina on that leaf.

björn
