somebody can help me to obtain the data about Crocicreas hysterioides in Carpenter monograph of Crocicreas (Carpenter 1981). I have the key and plates, but I would like to obtain the pages in which appears the description and data of specimens (locality, substrates, etc...) of this species. By now I only know that the species has been reported in Germany and Norway, and about substrates I have only found it has been collected on Aconitum.
Somebody can help me to obtain this information?
