Attached image - sorry ascofrance automaticaly downsizes uplodaed image, otherwise it was full size.. As you see fruiting bodies appears on stone with 'no background thalus coloration' or background coloration is not that obvious.. But look at top left side  - bluish color on stone.

The combination of bluish thalus & fruiting bodies: photo All from same location, same date, Slovenia.

Re : Blue stone lichen id ?
Here I (only) suspect that this could be a Caloplaca, like C. albopruinosa, which has an endolithic thallus and blue pruinose apothecia with white margins; There are some other Caloplaca with somewhat similar apothecia, but the thallus is not endolithic, like C. chalybaea and C. variabilis.
Hope this can help,
zaca

Re : Blue stone lichen id ?
Thanks. Seems right. Depending on angle of lightting the apothecia color can seem to be black instead of blue. Sample: http://dbiodbs.univ.trieste.it/italic/italic42?specie=275&us=admin
