Have you some idea about these gregarious, up to 1 mm high, inmersed to subsuperficial, membranaceous, blackish, perithecia that grew on very rotten wood of Juniperus communis subsp. nana at 1800 m of altitude?


The long cylindrical 8-spored asci have a conspicuous refractive annulus IKI negative and they are not shortly stipitate. The ascospores, slightly yellowish at maturity, are regulary 5-septate and they seem to germinate by both poles.
