No, I have not, but I am interested .I want to have hard copys or PDF 's of these books, also I am looking for that Samson book : Atlas of Entomopathogenic fungi "(or so ).
Because I am mainly studying fungi in or around waterbodies these days I was getting interested in the Trichomycetes and other fungi on or in invertebrates.There are a lot of insects around the water.(Ofcourse, I am still looking for ascomycetes and their anamorphs.)
